Painting Meditation

$25 per person which includes all supplies and step by step instructions! This will include 4 difference painting exercises and the final painting will be on an abstract 11x14 canvas.

Painting from the HeART shares art as a tool for self-expression and self-exploration. As relaxing at it may be, Steele's Brushes and Ceramics would like to make it clear that this process can be therapeutic but DOES NOT make it art therapy, we do not offer any interpretation or diagnosis. The focus remains on the participants in charge of their own exploration and can be seen as a painting mediation.

This workshop is designed for individuals that are continuously giving of themselves to others.

You will be encouraged to identify and process compassion fatigue by using color and painting as a vehicle for expression.

Please arrive at least 15 mins early to get settled in.
