In honor of Mental Health Awareness, we’re creating a space to slow down, rest, and reconnect—with yourself and your creativity.
We’ll begin the evening with a gentle singing bowl meditation and Reiki session led by Seva Reiki, designed to help calm your nervous system, release tension, and bring your body back into a more balanced, relaxed state.
